Filming for Marvel’s Ant-Man only began yesterday, but the studio has wasted no time in releasing the first official photo from the production. Filming is taking place in San Francisco, and while we don’t get any spandex just yet, we do get to see star Paul Rudd in front of one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
According to Marvel:
Taken on location in San Francisco, our first official image from the film features Lang sporting a more disheveled look than fans will eventually see him take on when he suits up as Ant-Man…but as filming continues, you can expect to see a lot more in the coming months!
Directed by Peyton Reed, and also starring Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly and Corey Stoll, Ant-Man is still due for release on 17 July 2015.
