There’s no debating that The Walking Dead is one of the biggest comic book adaptations in the world, and one of the most successful TV series ever. This year OZ COMIC-CON is bringing two of its stars to Perth and Adelaide in April: CHAD COLEMAN and SONEQUA MARTIN-GREEN.
Known for playing siblings Tyrese and Sasha Williams on the hit AMC series, Coleman is also recognisable for his roles as Dennis “Cutty” Wise on The Wire, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, and It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. He will be seen in the upcoming SyFy series The Expanse. Martin-Green will be familiar to audiences as Tamara on Once Upon a Time and as Courtney Wells on The Good Wife.
You can also watch this classic scene of Tyrese geting really upset about someone eating his apples in this Bad Lip Reading version of the show (because it’s the least spoilery thing we could say at this point):
Fans of Coleman and Martin-Green will have the chance to have dinner with the pair in an exclusive Walking Dead Experience, as well as take part in professional photograph and autograph opportunities across both weekends. Coleman and Martin-Green will also be speaking at exclusive Q&A panels.
Oz Comic-Con will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on April 11-12 and at the Adelaide Showgrounds on April 18-19 and will feature a wide range of fun activities for attendees to enjoy, as well as a variety of film, television, voice actor and comic book guests. Tickets are onsale now and available for purchase in a range of options from http://www.showclix.com/events/18185.
