In a wave of pre-SDCC announcements, Marvel Studios has unveiled (via EW) concept art from the upcoming Ant-Man film. The poster will be available to fans attending the Comic-Con International in San Diego this forthcoming weekend.
Marketing the film from director Peyton Reed, and re-written by Adam McKay based on a script by Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish, the art is from the always terrific Andy Park. It showcases stars Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas, who play Scott Lang and Hank Pym in the film respectively. This is the first look we get at the hero’s costume, as well as the notion that he will be riding ants. If they can sell a talking raccoon, anything is possible.
Ant-Man will be released on 17 July 2015 from Disney.
