Have you sensed a great joy coming from the Trek fans in South Australia and Victoria? OZ COMIC-CON is bringing out none other than MARINA SIRTIS, best known for her role as Deanna Troi on Star Trek: The Next Generation. She will attend the Perth and Adelaide shows in April.
Sirtis portrayed the half-Betazoid ship counselor aboard the Starship Entertprise from 1987 through to 1994, going on to star in all four spin-off movies with the Star Trek: TNG cast. She reprised her role in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager and the divisive Star Trek: Enterprise finale, and keeps up the Trek connection by voicing the computer in the fan-made Star Trek: Continues.
She’s also known to fans as the voice of Demona on Disney’s Gargoyles, and more recently as Queen Bee on the DC animated series Young Justice.
