No longer content to be that guy floating and watching creepily from the background, Martian Manhunter a.k.a. J’onn J’onzz has been announced as the latest new downloadable player for active duty in the video game Injustice: Gods Among Us. The video below shows us the character in action, along with one hell of a special move.
No date has been specified, but we can see from the video that J’onn J’onzz will be busting out some of his shape-shifting, Martian Manhunting and erm…red rock smashing. John Stewart, the other green addition, basically seems to be a new skin and voice for the Hal Jordan playable character. No new abilities seem to be on display in the video, which is a shame because it would be nice to see different Green Lantern abilities depending on which version you are ultimately playing.
Until then, go out and punch something in a safe superhero environment. Or read the comic by Tom Taylor, which is always worth a download in the first half of the week.
