Film: ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ action figures and LEGO revealed ahead of trailer

With the highly anticipated trailer for Marvel Studios’s tenth feature due to drop on 18 February, Guardians of the Galaxy has revealed some of the toys and other merchandise that will go along with this space epic. Thanks to USA Today (and The Brick Fan) and Yahoo! respectively, some of the official LEGO and Hasbro action figures have been revealed.

For LEGO fans, which everybody here at Behind the Panels most certainly is, we get our first look at The Milano Spaceship Rescue (76021) set. It will be a reasonably sized 665 pieces and retails (in the US at least) for $74.99. The set features two ships: the Murano, and the smaller Milano and includes five minifigures: Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Ronan the Accuser (see close-up below), and a Sakaaran Soldier.

The Hasbro action figures are due out in July, and like the LEGO, will be featured at the upcoming New York Toy Fair 2014. The photo, which mirrors the one publicity still available from the film,
